Content is for educational purposes. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds: self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if under 20% completed; live cohort enrollments may be transferable before the start date.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, templates, and worksheets, is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or distribute course materials without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of materials.
• No posting of client-identifiable information in community settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
